This is an excellent dish served for evening tea or at any time.It reminds me of my school days in Mwanza, Tanzania, East Africa when we always had it after JK.
INGREDIENTS

3 MOGO (CASSAVA) MEDIUM SIZE.
2 CUPS (APPROX) AMBLI ( TAMARIND) WATER
1/2 - 1 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER
SALT TO TASTE.
METHOD

BOIL MOGO TILL COOKED AND MASH IT IN THE SAME WATER TILL U GET THICK RAAB LIKE TEXTURE.
ADD SALT ACCORDING TO THE TASTE AND CHILLY POWDER MIX WELL.
THEN ADD AMBLI WATER TO IT AND MIX WELL COOK ON LOW HEAT TILL IT IS WELL MIXED AND HAS THE SAME RAAB LIKE TEXTURE.
YOUR MOGO IS READY TO BE SERVED HOT WITH MOGO CRISPS, TARELA JUGU (KARANGA) ETC.
