CHANA NA LOT NA BHAJIA By: Shaifa Hirani

***We used to have this in Tanga, Blue Room were called Nylon na Bhajia***

1 CUP CHANA NO LOT
3-4 POTATOES CUT IN TO ROUNDS
2-3 RINGRA
GREEN CHILLIES (WHOLE)
ONIONS CUT IN TO ROUNDS 0R 1/4
SALT TO TASTE,HARDAR,RED CHILLY POWDER(OPTIONAL)

METHOD

PREPARE CHANA NO LOT PASTE WITH WATER. IT SHOULD NOT
BE TOO THIN OR IT WON'T COAT THE VEGETABLES PROPERLY.
ADD THE MASALAS.
HEAT OIL IN KADAI AND THEN TAKE ONE VEGETABLE AT A
TIME PUT IN THE BATTER ONE PIECE COAT IT PROPERLY AND
ONE BY ONE PUT IN HOT OIL.
TURN ON THE OTHER SIDE AND DRAIN ON A PAPER TO REMOVE
EXCESS OIL.
REPEAT THE SAME WITH THE OTHER VEGETABLES.
SERVE HOT WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR TOMATO SAUCE.
