8- 12 chicken pieces - of a whole skinned chicken
cup olive oil
1 tbsp, mixed garlic/ginger paste
green masala (paste of coriander, mint leaves, hot green chili, according to taste)
salt, fresh ground pepper, and garam masala, as needed
-1 tsp hot paprika, or to taste
4 cups or as needed, bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 350*F. In a bowl mix thoroughly
garlic/ginger paste, salt, pepper, garam masala. Add
chicken pieces to coat evenly. Remove and dip into
bread crumbs to coat again evenly. Grease , or
oil-spray baking sheet big enough for chicken pieces
to be arranged in.

Bake in pre-heated oven for 40-50
minutes, or until golden brown and tender. (timing
will vary according to the thickness of chicken). Turn
pieces at least once during baking process. Serve
with yogurt raita, or with imli/gud chutney.
