BISCUIT PUDDING By: Nazlin (Dubai)

Ingredients:

1 packet Digestive Biscuits
2 cups Evaporated Milk
1 small tin Fruit Cocktail
1 cup Fresh Milk (Boiled)
2 cups Whipped Cream
Macadamia Nuts or Walnuts (Optional)
Grated Chocolate (For Garnish)
Kit Kat or Chocolate Biscuits (For Garnish)


Method:

Arrange half packet digestive biscuits in a dish. Soften the biscuits with half cup fresh milk (warm).
Pour 1 cup evaporated milk over the biscuits. Remove syrup from the Fruit
Cocktail and lay the fruit on top of the biscuits. Lay the macadamia nuts on top of the fruit.
Lay another layer of biscuits and repeat the same procedure i.e. fresh milk and than evaporated milk.
Top with whipped cream. Garnish with grated chocolate and/or chocolate biscuits or Kit Kat.
