Butterscotch Bark By: Leanne Singh


1 cup butter (salted)
1 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
Packet of graham crackers (depending on size of baking sheet)
1 packet milk chocolate chips
Vanilla essence to taste


• Preheat oven to 300oF
• Spray baking sheet with Pam…or paint with butter
• Line baking sheet with graham crackers
• In a sauce pan melt the butter then add the sugar and let cook until completely blended
• Add vanilla to butter/sugar mix
• Pour butter/sugar mix onto graham crackers and spread evenly
• Bake for 8 minutes
• Pour bag of chocolate chips over dessert as soon as it come out of the oven
• Let melt and spread evenly
• Refrigerate until chocolate is solid (at least 1 hour)
• Break into as big or as small pieces as you like and enjoy
