Masala Chai By: Firoz


1-1/2 cups water
1 inch stick of cinnamon
4 cardomom (open pods)
6 whole cloves
2/3 cup milk fresh. (optionally substitute with Carnation milk)
sugar ( Serve in a Bowl do not add)
3 Bags of Tetly tea bags.

Take 1-1/2 cups water in pot. Add the cinnamon, cardomom, and cloves and bring to a boil.
Cover, turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the milk and bring to a simmer again.
Add the tea bags, cover, and turn off the heat.
After 2 minutes, strain the tea into two cups and serve immediately with Sugar in a bowl and a teaspoon.
