8 - 10 Potatoes
1 bunch coriander
2 green chillies (Optional)
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
salt (to taste)
2 eggs (beaten)
Boil the potatoes and mash with lemon juice and salt. Blend the dhania and chillies and add to the potatoes.
Mix well. Boil the chicken with ginger and garlic till completely done.
Take some potatoes and make a patty. Put in a piece of chicken and add more potatoes to cover the patty.
Shape like a round ball. Dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry. Serve with ketchup and mint chutney.
