Ingredients:


1/3 cup each - channa dal, chadi dal (yellow small dar) pink dar, and 2/3 cup toor Method:


Method: Soak overnight and boil with 1 teasp oil and a little salt. Mash or blend
1 tbsp oil, add mustard seed, limro, 1-2 dried red chillies and 1 cup dar, close lid.
add garlic, ginger, lots of chopped coriander and green chillies, turmeric, salt and jeero (crushed)
add the rest of the dar and simmer.
