1 cup bajri Flour
1/2 cup corn Flour (if you like it)
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup besan Flour
1 cup juwar Flour
1/2 cup all purpose Flour (maida)
1 cup (fenugreek)methi leaves
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/3 tsp Turmeric powder
pinch of Asafoetida - Hing
1/4 inch Ginger
3 Cloves of peeled Garlic
1/4 tsp ajwain seeds
2 Green Chillies
salt to taste
2 cup oil
Pinch of sugar

In 2 cups of bajra flour, add the chopped methi leaves,paste of ginger,garlic and green chilllies. Then put the red chilli powder, turmeric powder,asafoetida,slightly crushed ajwain seeds,1tsp oil and salt to taste. Make the dough by adding warm water or you could also add dahi and 1 tsp lemon juice to it instead of water. Then make small round balls of the dough. Flatten the ball between two hands and make it like Rotlo. Heat the oil and fry the flattened dough one by one till reddish brown in colour. Serve hot with sauce or home made butter or curd.
