Dhebra By: Nazlin Mawani

Ingredients:

1 cup Bajra flour
1 cup Wheat flour
Half cup Besan flour
2 tablespoons Semolina
2 tablespoons Maize flour (optional)
1 cup Fenugreek leaves (washed and chopped)
1 teaspoon each of ginger paste, garlic paste, green chopped chillies,
red chilli powder, turmeric, citric acid, corriander.
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Quarter teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Salt to taste
1 cup sour Yogurt mixed with little water

Method:

Combine all the ingredients and make a semi soft dough with yogurt.
Cover and leave it overnight. Next day make the dhebras by simply rolling them into
little balls and pressing into patties. Fry in medium hot oil. Enjoy with yogurt and chai.
