Dhokra By: Mummy

Ingredients:

1 cup rice flour
2 cups graham flour
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp salt
11 heaped tbsp yogurt (3.2%)
40 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sugar
Red Chilli powder per taste
1/2 cup corriender leaves ground
5 tbsp oil

Method:

Mix all above and let it rest for 1/2 hour
This mixture is for 3 Dhokras
Take 1/3 part of the mixture add 1 level tsp of eno. Mix thoroughly and pour into a steel round 2 inch high dish which is well greased.
Put this dish into steamer plate on medium heat and cover for approximatly 7 - 8 minutes.
Check with a knife if it does not stick its done. Leave uncovered for another 7 - 8 minutes and remove from the steamer.
Enjoy with any kind of chatni you prefer.
