Ingredients:
1 C Sooji thick
1 cup yogurt
½ cup warm water
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp citric acid
¼ tsp haldi
½ tsp ground jiro
¼ tsp ground methi
½ tsp garlic and ginger
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp oil
2 (+) tbsp frozen spinach or fresh coriander
2 (+) tbsp chopped onion
Method:
Mix all above ingredients, stir them well till batter is formed and leave it for 3 to 4 mins
Add 1 heaped tsp of Eno and stir it very well till it is totally absorbed
Put above batter in a pre-oiled plate
Steam in a large saucepan (sufariyo) , cover lid with a towel to absorb steam
Steam for 20 mins closed and then take out the lid and steam for another 5 mins to dry out water from top.
