Ingredients:

3 CUPS PAVA
2 CUPS MILK
1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
1 CUP SUGAR
CARDAMOM POWDER
PISTA NUTS CHOPPED
ALMONDS CHOPPED
FEW SAFFRON SOAKED IN LITTLE WARM WATER NUTMEG POWDER

Ingredients:

1 SOAK PAVA IN COLD WATER FOR AN HOUR OR TWO TO SOFTEN
2 RINSE UNDER RUNNING WATER IN A COLANDAR
3 BRING MILK TO A BOILING POINT IN A SAUCEPAN
4 ADD SUGAR AND SIMMER ON LOW HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES
5 ADD EVAPORATED MILK AND STIR. REMOVE FROM HEAT
6 LEAVE TO STAND UNTIL THE MILK IS AT A ROOM TEMPERATURE
7 THEN ADD CARDAMOM, PISTA, ALMONDS AND SAFFRON
8 FINALLY ADD PAVA TO MILK, STIR WELL AND POUR INTO A LARGE SERVING BOWL
9 PLACE THE BOWL IN THE FRIDGE FOR UP TO 6 HOURS TO CHILL
10 SPRINKLE WITH NUTMEG AND SERVE
