Egg Pudding By: Late Parviz Jivraj

Ingredients:

1 Tin of Carnation milk
1 Dozen eggs
1 Litre of homogenized milk
2 Teaspoons of custard powder
3/4 Cup of sugar

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F.
Place an extra large pan of water into oven.
Mix all ingredients into a medium sized greased pan, and place into pan that is
in the oven (double broil *** careful with this step as to not spill hot water).
Let cook for approx. 30 mins or until top of cake is golden brown.
