Ingredients

Mix

3 cups sooji
1 cup channa flour
2 cups yogurt
1 1/2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp green chillies
1 tbsp corriander
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cabbage or 2 med sized grated potatoes (optional)
Method

Add 3 cups warm water and mix all
In a saucepan, put 1 cup of oil. When hot put a tsp of rai, 1 tsp jeera.
Add to the mixture.
Add 2 1/2 tsp eno.
Use 2 9" cake pans, oil them well and bake at 300 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Take it out when top is brown.
