4lb. meat
1 kg. Wheat
1 1/2 lb ghee
1/4 kg Mixed dal (Magajni, Masurni, Tuverni, Aradni, Chorani, chanani and chokha)
3 bunches mint
3 bunches corriender leaves
1 tbsp mixed spices
2 tbsp ginger and garlic
1/2 kg. Onions
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 1/2 tsp curry powder (dhana/jiro)
1 tsp hardar
1 1/2 tsp red chilli pepper
1 lb tomatoes
5 lemons


1. Add 1 cup of water into wheat and blend it the day before
2. Boil wheat by adding a little ghee and salt. After 10 min. add the mixed Dal and boil again
3. Boil the meat by adding 2 tbsp of ginger and garlic. When it is tender blend it lightly
4. Fry onions sliced thinly in 1/2 lb of ghee. When its golden brown, add chopped tomatoes.
5. Add all the spices and meat
6. Add the blended wheat to the mixture and mix well
7. Add lemon juice
8. In a small pan heat 1/2 lb of ghee and add ginger, garlic and mint for 1 minute when smoking add it to the mixture
9. Sprinkle garam masalo on top and garnish with Corriender
10. Cook till Oil starts oozing. Enjoy
