Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground Beef
3 tbsp fried onions
1 large Tomato finely chopped
11/2 tsp tomatoes paste
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed ginger
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp crushed green chills & coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder (jera powder)
salt to taste
2 cups green peas
1 cup water
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp lemon juice
chopped coriander


Method:

Brown the beef in a saucepan, breaking lumps of beef.( Please do not use any oil in the cooking)
when dry add fried onions tomato, tomato paste, garlic ,ginger, chilli powder crush green chillies and
coriander, turmeric, cumin powder, black pepper and salt. cook for 2 minutes
add peas and 1 cup water cook until peas are tender.
add garam masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves and cook for few more minutes
