Ingredients:
1 Chicken skinned and cut into pieces
1 can coconut milk
2 cups water
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 - 4 Boiled and Shell removed Eggs
2 Potatoes (cut in pieces)
2 caps of lemon juice
1 Tomato
2 Green Chillis
1 Onion
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
In a sizable pan fry green chilli and chopped onion, when translusent add tomato chopped.
When all is mushy and oil seperates add washed chicken, potatoes, salt, garlic, and two cups of water .
When chicken and potatoes are boiled add coconut milk and turmeric powder. Mix well and let it cook till the mixture thickens. Add Eggs, lemon juice and chopped cilantro leaves.
Serve hot with mandhazi, roti or rice.
