Lasan na Lado By: Nazfren Damji


2 bunches of fresh green lasan
2 spoons of ghee/olive oil
2 cups of bajro
water enough for mixture
salt (if needed)
pepper (black, if needed)
pinch of ajma


Cut the lasan leaves and keep it aside
Mix bajro with water and make small rotlas.
(option) mix ajma in the bajro flour, pinch of
salt and pepper for taste
Once rotlas are done, mush them into a pile, heat ghee or olive oil, add lasan greens in the mushed pile of rotlas, and then, add the ghee or oil.........
Mix them altogether, make small balls of the mixture, and eat with breakfast and very feeling and healthy.
And excellent for the winter months.
