Boneless Chicken ( 2 Lbs )
1 Medium Onion ( Finely Chopped )
1/2 tsp of Green Chilly ( Finely Chopped )
1/2 tbsp of Garlic Paste
1/2 tbsp of Ginger Paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper ( crushed )
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp Soya sauce 50 gms of corn starch
salt to taste
oil ( frying purpose)
Cut the boneless chicken into pieces and wash it.
Mix chicken in a bowl with chilli powder turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
Mix the chicken well and refrigerate for 1 hour. then coat the chicken with corn starch and fry it.
For gravy: heat oil in a pan and add onions. fry them for a few minutes until golden brown.
Add salt, green chilli, black pepper, ginger and garlic paste.
On low heat mix it well and then add soya sauce. Add chicken.
Then take one cup water and mix 1 tsp of corn starch well.
Then add the liquid mixture to the chicken. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes on low heat.
Serve hot with nan or rice.
