3 cups full of white flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tin coconut milk
1 tea spoon crushed cadomom seeds(ilachi)
1 1/2 tea spoon yeast


Mix all the ingredients together, make a dough.
The dough should not be too loose, if it is loose add more flour.
Nead the dough with your palm of your hand, till is firm like bread dough.
Roll the dough, cut it into 2ins thick.
Make into balls, put on the baking tray,
Keep 2ins apart, sprinkle with flour and keep them in a warm place.
When well risen, roll into a round shape, cut in aross making 4 pieces and fry in a hot oil.
Eat with curry, or just with tea.
