MASSALA PURI By: Almas Hajiani

Ingredients:

3 CUPS WHITE FLOUR
½ CUP GRAM FLOUR
½ TEASPOON BAKEING POWDER
¼ CUP OIL

Method:

SESEME SEEDS, HALDI, SALT,AJMA, BLACK PEPPER,
GINGER, GARLIC, DRYCORRIENDER, CRUSH GREEN CHILLIES as per taste.

Mix all together in a big bowl.
Mix hot water enough to make dough like chapatti
Make five balls.
Roll each ball and cut and fry it on medium heat until brown
And crispy.
