2 cups Gram Flour (Besan)
1 cup Plain Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Semoline (Suji)
1 cup sugar
1 cup Ghee or refined oil
A Pinch of Soda Bi Carbonate
Salt A pinch (to taste)


Mix all the ingredients together.
Shape it into small balls of the required size and flatten it between the two palms
You can cut it with a cookie cutter also.
Bake them till golden brown at 180 Deg C.
Serve with Tea
