Stirfry Noodles Ingredients:

1 pkt. Fresh Egg Noodles
2 tablespoon oil
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
broccoli 2 cups
1 pkt snowpeas
4 Chicken Breasts
1 tsp corn starch
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soya sauce
½ tsp garlic

Method

Blench Noodles in boiling Water for 2 minutes and then strain and fry it little at a time in a wok or kadai for
a minute or two. Keep it aside.

Stirfry chicken cut in small pieces with little garlic and hot pepper if desired.

Stirfry rest of the vegetables starting with snowpeas. (This could be blenched first in boiling water for a minute. )

Add honey stir add cornstarch (mix this one with little water), soya sauce little hot pepper if desired. Add chicken to the vegetables and fry for another minute then mix with noodles. Stirfry everything together and Enjoy.
