(Ideal for New Mothers and Patients)
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Bajra Flour
½ cup Jaggery (Grated)
2 cups Water
½ cup Fresh Milk (Boiled)
¼ tsp. Ginger Powder
Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan. Add bajra flour and stir till it is roasted.
Add the water and stir for about 5 minutes until it becomes a bit thick.
Add the jaggery and keep on stirring till the jaggery melts.
Add the milk and let it heat for about 1 minute. Finally sprinkle the ginger powder and stir again. Serve hot to the new mother/patient.
