1 cup Sooji
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 oz butter
2 oz. almond
2 oz pistachio
1/4 tsp cardamom seeds, 1/4 tsp nut meg and 1/4 tsp yellow color
1 Mix water, milk, sugar, spices and color and keep for 10 minutes
2 In a sauce pan mix butter and sooji and put on heat.
3 When completely mixed add some mavo
4 Stir until it is yellowish brown.
5 Add milk, water and sugar mixture and stir well until it is a little thick.
6 Dish out and garnish with almonds and pistachio
