Ingredients:

250ml Philadelphia Cream cheese
250ml Sour cream
250ml mayo
1 pkg of KNORR vegetable soup mix
1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach

Method:

combine the cheeses...cream cheese, mayo and sour cream, till nice and creamy
then add the soup mix and the thawed-out spinach
(make sure to ring out all excess spinach water)
