Stirfry Noodles By: Shyrose Jivraj


1/2 pkt noodles spaghetti like or macarooni
1 - 2 Capsicum green / Red
2 carrots cut thin and long 3"
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
2tablespoon Chilly Sauce
2Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1teaspoon Tomato Puree
Dry red Chilled pounded - optional if you like extra hot
left over chicken shredded/ meat or sausage - optional.
1 teaspoon garlic and ginger crushed.
Salt to taste


1. Boil spaghetti until cooked with pinch of salt
until cooked and wash with cold water to seperate them.
2. take 1 table spoon oil in a wok add garlic and ginger
fry for few seconds add all the sauces and tomato puree.
3. add all the vegetables, chicken and spaghetti stir and add salt to taste.
serve hot.
