1 Jam Roll
1 small tin Fruit Cocktail
3 cups custard (medium consistency)
2 small packets jelly (different colours)
1 cup Whipped Cream
Macadamia Nuts or Walnuts (Optional) Hundreds and Thousands (For Decoration)
Drain the fruit cocktail and reserve the syrup. Slice the jam roll and arrange in a dish.
Cut jelly into small cubes and arrange in between the slices and some on top of the jam roll.
Pour the syrup over the jam roll slices. Put in half the custard.
Now put in the fruit and nuts. Reserve cherries for decoration. Pour in rest of the custard.
Top with whipped cream. Garnish with hundreds and thousands and cherries.
You can also use Chocolate roll instead of Jam Roll in which case garnish with grated chocolate.
