PEPPER CHICKEN By: Shahin Virani


I chicken - (Skinned and cut up to 12-16 pieces)
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Tsp Salt (more optional)
2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste


Boil the chicken (for 4 minutes only) with water and salt.
Drain the water. (Keep the water separately).
Sprinkle all the ground pepper on the chicken.
In a pot add butter, chicken and tomato paste.
Cook chicken for about ten minutes stirring the chicken often.
Add very little water from the chicken if required more sauce.
Serve with Fries, Nan or Fried Rice.
Serve 4-6 People
