Ingredients:

HALF LITRE WHIPPING CREAM (1 TUB)
12OZ EVAPORATED MILK (1 CAN)
12OZ CONDENSED MILK (1 CAN)
HALF CUP ALMONDS COARSELY GROUNDED
HALF CUP PISTACHIOS COARSELY GROUNDED
GENEROUS PINCH OF SAFFRON STRANDS (DISSOLVED IN 1TSPN MILK)
HALF TSPN GROUND CARDAMOM SEEDS
BALLOON WHISK
TERRACOTTA BOWL OR MATKI

Method:

1 WHIP THE CREAM UNTIL STIFF WITH A BALLOON WHISK
2 GENTLY FOLD IN THE CONDENSED AND EVAPORATED MILK
3 ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS (GROUND ALMONDS, PISTACHIOS,CARDAMOM AND SAFFRON) AND MIX WELL TOGETHER
4 POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A TERRACOTTA BOWL OR MATKI AND FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 6 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
