Ingredients:
1 tblspn black elichi powder
1 tspn ginger powder
1 tspn haldi powder
1 tspn salt
half tspn citric acid
2 tspns cumin powder
2 tspns corriander powder
2 tspns red chilli powder
1 tspn black pepper powder
half tspn star anise powder
half tspn nutmeg powder
half tspn mace powder
2 tblspns fennel powder

Mix all ingredients and store in a sealed jar ready for use as required.
