2 CUPS GROUNDED WHEAT SOAKED 1 DAY BEFORE COOKINGMETHOD
SOAK WHEAT ONE DAY BEFORE COOKING,SOAK DAALS PREVIOUS
NIGHT BEFORE COOKING.NEXT DAY BOIL THEM SEPARATELY,AND
BLEND THEM AT LEAST 3 TIMES.
HEAT OIL AND PUT ONIONS FRY THEM TILL BROWNISH IN COLOUR.
ADD TOMATOES AND COOK TILL TENDER.
ADD ALL THE MASALAS AND TOMATO PUREE AND COOK WELL.
THEN ADD ALL THE DAALS AND WHEAT AND MIX WELL.
ADD MEAT TO IT AND MIX WELL LET IT COOK FOR SOMETIME.
LASTLY PUT LEMON AND KOTHMIR AND GARAM MASALA AND COVER. TILL DONE.
