(Sort of mixed bean salad very nutritious)
Ingredients:
1 Can of Chick Peas
1 Can of Red Kidney Beans
1 Can of Green Cutup beans
1 Red Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Cup Cellery sliced in small pieces
½ tsp garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 Lime Juice
3 tsp or as desired Red Hot Pepper (Sold in a bottle)
Chopped Corriender
½ tsp Rai
¼ tsp Methi
10 Leaves of limdo
Method
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl
In small pan put 2 tablespoon of oil. When smoking put rai, methi and limdo in it. Close the lid when they start popping put this on the mixed salad and mix them up. Enjoy this with barbaecue meat or chicken.
