¾ Glass milk
¾ Glass Water
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Yeast
2 Eggs
4 Cups Flour
¾ Cup Sugar
Method:
Mix together water, milk and sugar then heat. When warm, add yeast. When the mixture is risen, add eggs, butter and sieved flour and make dough with soft consistency.
Roll out and cut into squares.
Fry in moderatly hot oil.
