NAN WITH POTATO

Ingredients:

4 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
¼ TSP SALT
1-CUP MILK


Method:

MIX ALL ABOVE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
ADD MILK AND NEAD FLOUR UNTIL BECOME PLIABLE DOUGH.
LET STAND FOR 10 MINUTES.
FILLING
BOIL 3 LARGE POTATOES WITH SKIN ON.
PEEL SKIN OFF AFTER COOKING.
MASH WITH FORK.
ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP OF GROUND CUMIN, PEPPER AND GREEN
ONIONS.
CUT DOUGH IN TENNIS BALL SIZE PAT WITH DRIED FLOUR MAKE A WELL IN THE CENTRE AND PUT IN THE POTATO MIXTURE.
CLOSE MIXTURE BRINGING CORNERS TO THE CENTRE AND SQUEEZE TO FORM BALL.
HEAT TAWA OR A ROTI PAN WHEN HOT ROLL OUT BALL AND COOK BOTH SIDE UNTIL DONE.
PUT IN MIRCO MAVE TO RISE.
SERVE HOT.
