Ingredients:
500gm Milk powder
1can Carnation Milk
250ml whipping cream
1/2pkg butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
Cardamom powder for flavor
Method:
Mix all the the above except milk powder. Then put the pot on the stove on medium high-let the mixture boil for 5 minutes then removed from heat and add milk powder. Use whisk to blend the powder in -breaking all the lumps. Put the pot back on the stove on medium low and let it cook for 40 -45 minutes-don’t stir too much or the pedas will become rubbery. Stir occasionally. Put in a tray to cool. Shape them in balls first then flatten them with a decorative stamp. Leave to dry overnight.
