1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1 lb powdered milk
*Combine all ingredients except the powdered milk and bring to a boil. Boil
for 5 minutes
*Add powdered milk gradually and continue to stir on low heat until pale
yellow color, about 1 hour, stirring constantly to prevent scalding
*When still warm, roll a tablespoon of the mixture into round shape
*Garnish pressing with slivered pistachio nuts
Remember to use very low heat. Need lots of patience. You will be stirring for about one hour. Also, I use a wisk when
adding the powdered milk. It's easier to get the lumps out. Good luck.
