Ingredients
2 coconuts grated
2 oz fennel seeds (Variyari)
3 oz. Butter
3 Cups White Flour
2 Cups sugar
1 tbsp Khaskhas
Yellow coloring, Almonds and Raisins 1/4 cup each
Method
1 Fry coconut in butter
2 Add fennel seeds, yellow colour, raisins and almonds
3 Add sugar, cook on low heat stirring frequently
4 Add 1 oz butter to the flour a dough
5 Roll round like chapatis 4inches round
6 Put tbsp of mixture on each, fold in half and pinch the end to make half round
5 Fry in Ghee.
