Seekh Kabab --By Firoza

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo ground or minced beef
Salt according to taste
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 egg
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup bread crums or 3 slices of bread (soaked in water and then drained)
Handful of Corriender leaves finely chopped.

Method:

Mix all ingrediendts together and then add to the minced beef.
Mix well,cover and leave in fridge to marinate for 3-4 hours.
Then form into long kababs (like sausage) and either bake or barbeque.
Serve with onion, salad, mint or amli chutney and lemon
